| We ship within the continental 48 states via FedEx, UPS, common carrier or specialty furniture carrier depending upon the size, weight, destination and
requested service level. Expedited shipping is available for many items for an upcharge. See details below for a description of shipping charges and

| Our standard "QuickShip" delivery charges in the continental 48 states equal 10% of your pre-tax order total with a maximum charge of
$499. Typically, orders will ship from the warehouse in 1-2 business days. Orders will be delivered to your threshold, garage or first dry area. You
should expect in-transit time of 4-10 days depending on your location. Certain items may ship by FedEx or UPS with delivery in 3-7 business
days. |

| "White Glove" Delivery is available to most locations for a total shipping charge equal 18% of your pre-tax order total with a minimum charge
of $199. White Glove delivery includes 2-man, liftgate delivery to your home; placement of your furniture in the room of your choosing; assembly of your
furniture; and removal of all packaging materials. Delivery timeframes for White Glove service are the same as QuickShip. |

| Expedited Delivery is available for many items. If you specify Expedited Delivery when you place your order, we will obtain shipping quotes
and call you back to discuss your options. Eligible products in stock will ship from the warehouse not later than the next business via overnight, 2-day or
3-day service, as available. Delivery will be to your threshold. Expedited "White Glove" delivery is also available to some locations. Give us a
call to discuss. |

| Please note some items can not be expedited due to weight or distance constraints. If you choose expedited shipping and we cannot accommodate that
request, we will obviously let you know. |

| Shipping is also available to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Additional charges will apply. Also, we reserve the right to adjust shipping
charges for delivery to coastal islands and other non-standard destinations that typically incur special shipping costs. (You know who you are.) Please
